Is this a private tour?
Yes. The vehicle and driver are exclusively for your group, so you can choose where you would like to go and how you would like to spend your time.
How many people can travel?
The vehicle can accommodate one wheelchair user plus up to three additional passengers comfortably.
Can you collect us directly from the cruise ship?
Yes. We collect and return you to the cruise port in Paihia. Your return time will be planned around your ship's departure.
Can I choose where we go?

Can we change our itinerary during the day?
Yes, within the available time. The service is designed to be flexible, so you can adjust your plans during the day.
Is the driver a tour guide?
Your driver is an experienced local who can provide information and recommendations about the area, but this is not a guided sightseeing tour with a fixed itinerary. You decide where you would like to go.

Our drivers are experienced in assisting wheelchair users and can provide assistance as required. Please tell us about your mobility needs when booking so we can ensure we are properly prepared.
What type of wheelchair can you accommodate?
We can accommodate one wheelchair using the vehicle's wheelchair ramp. Please provide the wheelchair's dimensions and approximate combined weight of the wheelchair and passenger when enquiring so we can confirm suitability.

This will depend on the size, weight and type of scooter. Please provide the dimensions and weight when enquiring and we can confirm whether it can be accommodated.

What happens if we are delayed during the day?
Your return to the cruise port is our priority. We'll keep an eye on the time and work with you to ensure you return with sufficient time before your ship's scheduled departure.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is per vehicle, for up to one wheelchair user and three additional passengers. This means your group can enjoy a private vehicle without paying a separate tour price for each person.

No. The attractions mentioned are suggestions only. This is a build-your-own day, so you choose the places you'd like to visit. If you're unsure what will work best for your group, your driver can help you create an itinerary on the day.
